Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Taylor Hospital (Site-Taylor Hospital) to perform accurate ultrasound exams, using appropriate imaging equipment under supervision as required. You will demonstrate clinical skill, provide high-quality images, and follow patient-centered care principles in a fast-paced setting.

The role is full-time with rotating shifts, 40 hours weekly, and supports a commitment to safety and team collaboration within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Required associate's degree or equivalent Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent.
• Minimal as gained at student level. Required
• CRT-BLS (AHA) Upon Hire required
• CRT-BLS (ARC) Upon Hire required
• CRT-Sonographer (S) ARDMS 1 Year required
• CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) ARDMS 1 Year required
• CRT-Abdomen (AB) ARDMS 1 Year required
• CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) ARDMS 1 Year required
• CRT-Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) ARDMS Cardiac 1 Year required
• CRT-Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) Cardiac 1 Year required
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) ARDMS 1 Year required

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and efficient Ultrasound exams utilizing imaging equipment.
• Demonstrates independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.
• Provides the best possible images for interpretation.
• Follows Patient and Family Centered Care principles.
