Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a full-time X-Ray Technologist for the day shift at Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, IN. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with C-arm and fluoroscopy, following physician instructions and positioning patients for images.

The role includes one weekend per month, rotating holidays, and three nights of call per month, with a built-in 7 consecutive days off each month. A new hire bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• ARRT Radiography (RT(R)) certification is required.
• Indiana ISDH license as Radiologic Technologist is required.
• 3–5 years radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiology diagnosis in a timely manner.
• Operates C-arm and fluoroscopy equipment in the OR and ensures proper patient positioning.
• Mentors staff and may serve as onboarding/preceptor and clinical instructor when needed.
