The role leverages SAP and Salesforce to ensure accurate processing and timely execution while resolving inquiries related to pricing, shipping, and invoicing. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of customer service experience, solid analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer service experience required.
• 2+ years SAP (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced customer support and manage complex orders, issues, and service requests across departments.
• Process and monitor customer orders in SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve questions related to orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and order execution.
• Analyze information from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Resolve complaints related to invoicing, shipping, product availability, and returns; coordinate with internal teams.
