Job summary

American Equipment Holdings (AEH) is seeking an Advanced Crane Service Technician to join our team in the Pacific, WA area. You will perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists with advanced components.

Expect leadership in complex repairs and mentoring junior technicians while interfacing professionally with customers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience, strong knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Aptitude for diagnosing complex crane systems and electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists.
• Troubleshoot and repair advanced brake systems and 3-motion cranes with auxiliaries.
• Mentor junior technicians and support project estimating for scope and parts.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service activities in detail.
