Qualifications

• High level knowledge of accounting principles and account maintenance.
• Experience with IRS, Social Security, Labor & Industries, deferred compensation programs and employee benefit laws.
• Proficient with computerized payroll and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Finance Manager with accounting, auditing, and clerical financial functions.
• Support payroll, general ledger and accounts payable functions.
• Assist with development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Interact with the public and adapt to other aspects of the Auditor’s Office.
