Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an Advanced CNC Engineer to refine processes, raise CNC department standards, and drive productivity. You will tune machines, optimize cycles, mentor operators, and push for cost-effective tooling and process improvements.

The role requires extensive CNC programming experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, and strong leadership. You will collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to sustain high yields, safety, and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sophisticated CNC machining roles.
• Solid experience in machine shop operations and CNC programming.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM tools and shop-floor data editing.
• Strong handling of lathes and mills, with capability to plan tooling.
• Experience with TPM, Kaizen, and Setup Reduction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC programming and operational execution to drive precision.
• Oversee tooling oversight and tooling improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure precision with advanced measurement equipment and inspection schedules.
• Improve shop floor flow and reduce waste through workflow redesigns.
• Collaborate with designers/engineers to enhance machinability and manufacturability.
• Maintain a clean 5S-driven workspace and uphold safety practices.
