Job summary

The role involves assisting with operational and financial functions of the Center of Excellence for Clinical and Translational Research, with duties across recruitment, data collection, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited discipline specific program with a bachelor's or master's degree in science.
• Prior clinical research experience in a patient care setting preferred (Experience as an LPN or travel phlebotomist or clinical research experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility of potential subjects and recruit per protocol.
• Maintain study records including case report forms and consent.
• Assist with budget, revenue, expenses, invoices, and accounting in clinical research.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable; assist with budgets and contracts.
• Perform protocol procedures such as interviews and vital signs.
• Collect, label, store, or ship specimens as required.
• Monitor compliance with protocols and regulatory policies.
• Schedule subjects for visits and procedures; inform patients about study aspects.
