Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Nurse for our downtown Occupational & Employee Health location. This full-time role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to make an impact in care delivery.

The nurse will triage work-related injuries, manage clinic flow, schedule referrals, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Occasional travel to community events and to the Lutherville Occupational & Employee Health practice is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor','s Degree in Nursing
• One or more years experience in emergency room, occupational health facility, etc.
• Registered Nurse Maryland Board of Nursing License
• CPR certification required
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and clinical software (Meditech, Epic)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• May travel to community events and Lutherville Occupational & Employee Health practice as needed

Responsibilities

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, hours are generally 8:30 am - 5 pm (may need to flex a little earlier or stay a little later). This position is based at our downtown hospital\'s Occupational & Employee Health location, but will have to travel to community events and to our Lutherville Occupational & Employee Health practice from time to time.

Our Clinical Nurses Help Us Maintain This Goal By

• Triaging patients who present with work related injuries

Requirements

• Education and Work Experience:
• Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing
