Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our team. This full-time role supports Occupational & Employee Health, with occasional travel to community events and our Lutherville practice.

You will triage work-related injuries, manage clinic flow, schedule referrals, educate patients, and assist MA staff. Requirements include a BSN, Maryland RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year in ER or occupational health.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• One or more years experience in emergency room, occupational health facility, etc.
• Registered Nurse Maryland Board of Nursing License and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients who present with work related injuries.
• Monitor clinic flow to ensure patients are seen in a timely fashion.
• Referral scheduling and authorizations.
• Patient education.
• Support MA staff as needed.
• Other duties as directed by management and clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, hours are generally 8:30 am - 5 pm (may need to flex a little earlier or stay a little later). This position is based at our downtown hospital's Occupational & Employee Health location, but will have to travel to community events and to our Lutherville Occupational & Employee Health practice from time to time.

Our Clinical Nurses help us maintain this goal by:

Requirements

• Education and Work Experience:
• Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
