Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, light bulb replacement, window cleaning).
• Inform Supervisor of supplies needed.
• Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Remove trash and assist with emergency cleaning.
• Inspect assigned areas daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and building security maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms per standard procedures.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
