Qualifications

• Criminal background check and drug testing completed as required.
• Maintain current national certification and state license as required.
• Maintain advanced certifications (e.g., immunizer) and related requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong keyboard skills and the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions and accurate data entry.
• Ensure prescriptions are prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain pharmacy records per Standard Practice and law.
• Protect confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter items and store guidance.
• Adhere to attendance, time-off, and scheduling policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing within the department.
• Follow state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, returns, and stocking.
• Understand inventory procedures and assist with variance reporting.
• Review and understand ACIS reports and audits as needed.
• Assist with third-party audits and department maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the department.
