Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform echocardiographic studies, vascular imaging and related procedures in a clinical setting. The role requires ARDMS credentials (RDCS or RCS) or active enrollment, with strong patient care and documentation skills.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality imaging, patient safety, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. This is a full‑time on‑site position in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Requires RDCS or RCS credentials (ARDMS/CCI).
• Two-year associate’s degree plus high school diploma or GED required.
• Experienced in adult echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic studies, including stress echocardiograms and vascular studies.
• Prepare patients for exam and ensure proper positioning and gel application.
• Ensure ultrasound images meet diagnostic quality and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver safe patient care.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain equipment and quality controls.
