Qualifications

• Automotive technicians with hands-on experience or formal training.
• Strong customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Pass background, MVR, and drug screening as part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on status and ETA.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Uphold Group 1 values in interactions with customers and coworkers.
