Job summary

Meineke is actively seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul vehicles. Walk-ins welcome as we grow. Earn based on flat-rate production with state-of-the-art equipment and opportunities across a network of shops.

The role emphasizes quality service, timely repairs, and a strong customer experience in a locally owned Meineke shop. Training and career growth are available as the team expands coast-to-coast.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; ASE certification/technical degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of automobiles and rapid diagnostic abilities are required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a drive to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments.
• Complete multi-point inspections to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Complete repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion for customer satisfaction.
• Perform pre-delivery service on new vehicles and engage the work environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and treat customers with care.
