Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube (PVA) is hiring Advanced Automotive Technicians to perform advanced maintenance and service in cross-trained roles across departments.

The Service Specialist/Advanced Specialist will provide unbiased recommendations, deliver safety-focused service, and maintain records while supporting training and promotions. A path toward increased earning and career growth is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow through on-the-job training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• ASE certification preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased service recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings.
• Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service.
• Perform automotive maintenance and repairs across major systems (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, tires, batteries, spark plugs).
• Complete preventive services such as oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
• Participate in on-site and e-learning training; maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain customer, service, and inventory records; assist with inventory stocking.
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
• Build customer loyalty by ensuring quality workmanship, reviewing completed services, confirming satisfaction, and encouraging return visits.
