Jiffy Lube / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring an Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist) to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You’ll perform high-level maintenance across major systems and receive cross-training across all roles to boost your skills and earning potential.

This role emphasizes safety, adherence to OSHA and company standards, and opportunities for growth through training milestones and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• ASE certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on findings and guidelines.
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC).
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and replacements.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
• Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top-quality workmanship.
