Jiffy Lube / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring for an Advanced Specialist (Master Technician). You will perform high-level maintenance and repairs and be cross-trained across all roles to gain versatility and earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Willingness to grow through continuous training.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries.
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
• Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top-quality workmanship and satisfaction.
