Job summary

All Tune Total Car Care in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Lead Automotive Technician to join our ASE-certified shop. You will diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns, work with ownership, and help shape the team and culture.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, guaranteed 40 hours per week for the first month, a competitive hourly rate, paid time off, uniforms, and opportunities for training and development. ASE and EPA 609 certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Able to diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns.
• Own your tools and have a valid driver's license.

• $35-$50 per flag hour based on experience, certifications, and ability
• Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week for first month
