Job summary

Scottsdale-Ferrari-Maserati is seeking a Flat Rate Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems to dealership and factory standards. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot, and perform repairs, ensuring quality service.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to use technical manuals and reference materials. You will document work orders, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems per dealership standards
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and testing to determine repairs
• Communicate with Service Advisor on required work
• Maintain clean workspace and document repairs
• Follow safety and attendance policies
• Assist service writer with work orders and test rides
• Inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Attend training and company meetings as required
