Redhawk Auto Service in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians for two openings. You'll work on European and Domestic vehicles, perform advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex repairs in a fast-paced, quality-driven shop.

You'll be supported by service advisors, receive paid training, and have opportunities to grow into Lead Technician or Diagnostic Specialist roles while maintaining high repair standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• A-Level automotive diagnostic and repair capability.
• Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs independently.
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred.
• Clean and organized work habits.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose advanced drivability and engine performance concerns.
• Perform electrical and module-level troubleshooting.
• Complete complex automotive mechanical repairs.
• Repair brake, steering, and suspension systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and senior technicians.
• Mentor B-Level and C-Level technicians when desired.
