Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts.

You will perform battery installations, testing, wiper services, and sourcing from multiple channels while meeting sales goals and maintaining a pristine store environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: opening/closing, safety, task assignment.
• Assist in store inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
