Qualifications

• Deep proficiency with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards (must).
• Expertise in SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing to control process variation and reduce waste.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) to drive irreversible corrective actions.
• Analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and clear technical communication for stakeholder presentations.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork capabilities to bridge development, R&D, production and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer concerns while facilitating irreversible corrective actions into the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to develop Quality Plans aimed at achieving 6 Sigma manufacturing levels.
• Coordinate activities and resources of Customer Liaisons, ensuring adherence to IATF 16949.
