Lee Health in Florida is seeking an Epic PB Advanced Application Analyst to support and optimize the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing system.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years of hands-on Epic Resolute PB experience and PB certification, with remote or hybrid work options.

You will diagnose incidents, collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IS teams, and stakeholders, and participate in upgrades and testing to improve workflows and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute PB.
• Epic PB certification or accreditation required.
• Strong understanding of professional billing workflows and payer requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application with a focus on community connect configuration.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
• Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance.
• Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge.
