Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field required.
• 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• Certifications in business analytics or statistics are a plus.
• Masters degrees in business or information systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Marketplace Seller Operational Risk across the 3P seller lifecycle: onboarding, monitoring, enforcement, and reinstatement.
• Define measurement, experimentation, forecasting, and performance strategy while managing concurrent initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Own KPI frameworks, executive reporting, anomaly detection, and deep-dive analysis to quantify risk outcomes and business tradeoffs.
• Build reusable SQL/Python assets, metric layers, and data marts for consistent measurement.
• Partner with Data Science on predictive risk models, validation, drift monitoring, bias checks, and threshold optimization.
• Apply experimentation and causal inference to evaluate controls and guide product/policy decisions.
