Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Advanced Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, New York, NY, St. Louis, MO, San Francisco, CA and Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create reports and visuals that tell a story by aligning business context, technical detail, and executive expectations
• Build proactive reports and visualizations that anticipate and address executive-level questions
• Use strong data wrangling skills to synthesize data from various sources and deliver meaningful insights under tight timelines
• Identify and research business hypotheses and present insights to leadership
• Partner with Business Process Management (BPM) Six Sigma teams to identify and drive process efficiencies and realize savings
• Deliver executive-level storytelling through effective and impactful PowerPoint presentations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Proven experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data wrangling, and AI/ML technologies
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, MS Fabric Lakehouse, and AI/ML including Agentic AI
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize and connect insights across multiple data sources and systems
• Strong executive storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling presentations
• Proven ability to identify efficiencies, trends, and anomalies in data
• Ability to operate independently, quickly understand business needs, and deliver impactful results

Pay Range: $60-70
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
