Job summary

Miller Eye Center Ltd in Rockford, IL is seeking an aesthetician to provide advanced cosmetic treatments in a physician-led setting. You will perform DMS, RF microneedling, IPL, and similar procedures, and consult with patients to align on goals and expectations.

The role includes preparing patients, recording results with before-and-after photos, maintaining a clean treatment room, and supporting product and treatment-package sales. Full-time and part-time roles with training offered.

Qualifications

• State licensure to practice as an esthetician.
• INTENSE PULSED LIGHT therapy experience bonus.
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic treatments, including DMS, RF microneedling, IPL and similar procedures
• Discuss goals with patients, explain options, and set realisitic expectations
• Prepare patients before treatment and give clear aftercare instructions
• Keep accurate treatment records and before-and-after photos
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment room and equipment
• Help recommend and sell skincare products and treatment packages
• Work with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient experience
