Job summary

Plastic Surgery office in the Chicagoland area is seeking an experienced aesthetician for a commission-based role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of aesthetician experience, loves aesthetics, and excels at client relations and delivering exceptional results.

Must have a current Medical Aesthetician license and be within 45 minutes of Lake Forest, with flexibility for some early evenings and Saturdays to grow the client base. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aesthetician experience.
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician required.
• Experience with aesthetic lasers and facial treatments.
• Ability to recommend skincare products and tailor plans.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments and skincare consultations.
• Develop customized treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and outcomes.
• Build and grow a local client base and maintain relationships.
• Willing to work some early evenings and Saturdays.
