V/O Med Spa Rochester, MI is seeking an experienced Certified Laser Technician/Medical Spa Esthetician to perform facials and advanced aesthetic treatments including IPL, microneedling, peels, dermaplaning, and body treatments, while assisting NP/RN injectors and supporting business growth.

The role emphasizes patient consultations, treatment recommendations, accurate record-keeping, and active marketing to build a loyal client base in a spa environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aesthetics experience.
• Experience in evaluating skin types and recommending treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Analyze skin type and provide service recommendations to guests.
• Gather medical history and contraindications; document properly.
• Maintain guest records and charting accurately.
• Manage inventory of cosmetic products and supplies.
• Assist in events and marketing opportunities for the spa.
• Develop a client base through networking and promotion of the V/O Med Spa brand.
• Follow up with guests, review treatments, and promote retail products.
• Train estheticians and support management with new-hire onboarding and education.
• Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments aligned with patient goals and safety.
• Demonstrate proficiency in laser, RF microneedling, peels, and facial therapies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in patient interactions.
• Ensure punctuality and adhere to scheduling guidelines.
