The Redfern Arts Center at Keene State College seeks a skilled technical crew member to install, operate and maintain sound, lighting, stage systems for live events, rehearsals, conferences, and performances. This is an on-site role requiring evening and weekend work based on schedules.
Responsibilities include setup, operation, maintenance, and staying current with tech in lighting, audio, and video. Collaborate with artists and production staff to ensure safety and audience experience.
This role serves as a key member of the Redfern Technical Team in the planning, implementation, and support for all events that take place within the Redfern Arts Center at Keene State College, supporting both the technical execution and artistic realization of all live events, conferences, concerts, meetings, etc. while working as part of a team to maintain the operational readiness of the Redfern's technical equipment.
This is an in-person role requiring on-site support for rehearsals, events, installations, and related preparation activities, including regular evening and weekend work based on performance and event schedules.
Compensation Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour
