Northwest Cancer Centers in Northwest Indiana seeks an Advance Practice Provider (PA/NP/CNS) to deliver oncology care in clinic or via telemedicine. Under supervision or in collaboration with physicians, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, document interventions, educate patients and families, and promote wellness.
This entry‑level role requires MSN for NP/CNS or PA with NCCPA, 0–3 years post‑MSN/PA experience, current state licensure and BLS/CPR.

SCOPE: Under supervision or in collaboration with practice physicians, the Advance Practice Provider involved in the care of individuals, families and patient groups who are dealing with cancer or other related diagnosis. This care may be in clinic or virtually, via telemedicine. Responsibilities may include duties related to prevention, screening, patient care, management, and research. May serve as direct caregiver, health care consultant, patient educator, administrator, or researcher. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
