Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join the Safeguarding team at Somerset Council. You will work within adult safeguarding services as a social worker, assessing needs and safeguarding concerns in line with local policies.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of direct adult safeguarding experience or 2 years in completing S42(2) enquiries as part of a current or previous role. An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required, and Remedy will support registration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult safeguarding required.
• DBS Enhanced Disclosure may be required.
• Ability to work within safeguarding frameworks.

Our client Somerset council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Safeguarding team.
