Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for Asphalt Green's adult triathlon program.
• Design and deliver structured workouts across triathlon disciplines.
• Coach participants in strength, stretching, cycling, running, endurance, and race preparation.
• Support athletes at varying levels and provide clear instruction and feedback.
• Create organized training plans aligned with program goals.
• Assist with administrative duties related to program coordination.
