Join to apply for the Adult Therapist - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus role at Behavioral Health Resources.

Provide a broad range of therapeutic services in a managed care environment to adults of all ages. Responsibilities include brief treatment, individual therapy, group therapy (issue-specific and psycho-educational), community support-oriented case management, and coordination of service teams.

Compensation: $27.83 - $38.79 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

All licensure tracks (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, SUDP) are supervised by approved supervisors, with supervision available weekly.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Two years of experience providing mental health services preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment strategies for current DSM diagnoses preferred.
• Experience with the community support model preferred.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with service providers.
• Strong organizational skills, including experience with EHR software for scheduling, documentation, and time management.
• While not required, BHR highly recommends that applicants and employees be fully vaccinated against Covid.
