The Adult Swim Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to adult participants in a supportive, engaging, and structured environment. The instructor will work closely with individuals of varying skill levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their techniques.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Certification in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• YMCA Swim Lessons Instructor certification (must obtain within 6 months).
• Strong swimming skills and ability to demonstrate proper techniques.
• Previous experience teaching or coaching adults in aquatic settings preferred.
• Ability to motivate, instruct, and adapt to individual learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with participants and their families.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
