Job summary

Newaygo County Mental Health in White Cloud, MI, is seeking a Master Level Clinician (Supports Coordinator) to deliver intensive clinical services to adults in community settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, coordinate with partners, and monitor progress to support recovery and independence. The role emphasizes self-direction, teamwork, and strong community-based care.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LLP (MI).
• Experience in case management, treatment, or community-based services with adults.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; computer proficiency.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.

Position Summary

The Supports Coordinator provides intensive clinical services to adults, including assessment, planning, linking, coordinating, monitoring, and advocacy. Most services are provided in community settings where clients live, supporting them in achieving recovery and independence.

This position is ideal for a clinician who is self-directed, team-oriented, and passionate about community-based care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $62,145– $77,182 annually (based on licensure and experience).
• Loan Repayment: NHSC-qualified site; eligible for federal student loan forgiveness.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Available for continued professional development.
• Training & Supervision: Paid training in evidence-based practices (EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, CAADC), on-site licensure supervision, and intensive clinical support.
