Merakey, a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, seeks an Adult Resources Coordinator to join the team in Carlisle, PA. Earn: $20.50/hour plus mileage.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences/health fields, or HS diploma with related credits and two years direct contact with mental health consumers. Must have PA driver’s license.

Job description

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
• A high school diploma and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
• A registered nurse; or
• Experience with seriously mentally ill persons strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid PA Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
