Responsibilities

• Actively participates in interdisciplinary treatment plan meetings.
• Facilitates group therapy and performs individual therapy with clients and families.
• Documents client progress and interventions in the medical record.
• Responds to psychiatric crises and medical emergencies as directed.
• Coordinates discharge planning and ensures privacy compliance.
