Qualifications

• BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Active MCSR & DEA.

• Provide care across the continuum focused on value-based care.
• Behavioral health providers integrated into primary care teams.
• Collaborate with a robust network of specialists, hospitals, rehab and nursing facilities.
