Qualifications

• BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
• BLS certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide care across the continuum in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment.
• Integrate behavioral health into primary care teams.
• Utilize EMR system and e-consults to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality-based compensation and ongoing professional development.
