Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Boise, ID is seeking an Outpatient Therapist/Counselor to provide individual, group and family therapy within an adult outpatient program. The role coordinates treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, completes timely documentation, and supports discharge planning while maintaining professional boundaries and compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Social Sciences required.
• Active substance use or mental health licensure in the treatment state.
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care.
• Provide orientation and education to clients, families and others to aid in the therapeutic process.
• Develop written treatment plans with client and family involvement.
• Monitor clients to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and interventions.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies and standards.
