The Adult Outpatient Program Manager provides a point of contact and works in partnership with CCBHC staff and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and oversee the implementation of clinical services. As the Adult Outpatient Program Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated team of counselors, case managers, care coordinators, and peer support specialists in providing advocacy, referrals, education, and care management services to clients and community members.
