Job summary

Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a proactive SSWI Co-ordinator (Adults) to lead and coordinate inclusive support provision for adult learners across curriculum levels. You will identify learner needs at cohort level and drive high-quality, compliant provision that supports engagement, wellbeing and achievement.

• Proactive and highly organised SSWI Co‑ordinator (Adults) to lead and coordinate inclusive support provision for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor support provision for an identified cohort of adult learners, using early intervention to identify needs and implement effective strategies that promote engagement, progress, and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely and appropriate reasonable adjustments, embedding inclusive practice across all learning environments.
• Ensure all support provision aligns with Adult Skills Funding requirements, managing resources effectively within budget and maintaining compliance with audit and quality standards.
• Lead on EHCP processes for adult learners, including development, implementation, and review, while monitoring progress, outcomes, and achievement.
• Provide leadership and line management to Specialist Inclusion Mentors, overseeing performance, CPD, and quality assurance to deliver consistent, high‑quality support across the adult learner cohort.
