Boston Bouldering Project is seeking an Adult Instruction Coach to join our team in Somerville, MA. The role focuses on delivering intermediate and advanced bouldering instruction, collaborating with coaches and the Programs Manager, and upholding a welcoming and safety‑minded gym culture.
Applicants should have climbing coaching experience, a USAC Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent) and be able to pass a background check.

These individuals are serious climbers, recreational climbers and first‑time climbers. They are athletes training for marathons and enthusiasts using climbing to reach health and fitness goals. Hours: Part-time. Requires evening and/or weekend availability
Reports to: Adult Instruction Coordinator
The Adult Instruction Coach will be responsible for the collaborative implementation of curriculum for higher levels of bouldering instruction beyond an introductory level.
Many duties require the availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and events, including possible evenings and weekends. Duties often occur before and after regular business hours.
