Center Pointe Inc. is hiring a Targeted Case Manager to provide administrative support and client services. The role includes overseeing program operations while ensuring client stability and access to care. THE JOB
This dual-role position provides both administrative support and direct client services within CenterPointe’s Integrated Care Teams. The individual will support day-to-day operations and coordination needs of the program, while also serving as a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) for adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The role includes clerical tasks, intake coordination, system management, and comprehensive case management to promote client stability, recovery, and access to care.

WHAT YOU HAVE
•Education:
oHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred.
oMaster's degree in behavioral health field preferred for case management responsibilities.
•Experience:
oMinimum of three years administrative, clerical, or secretarial experience.
o At least 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with SMI or co-occurring disorders.
oExperience with diverse populations.
