Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and design tailored treatment plans for adults and seniors, under Therapy Leadership. You will supervise patients and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring care aligns with state practices and Mercy standards.

The role requires current PT licensure, BLS certification, and 0.5–1 year of rehab experience. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; current before caring for patients independently.
• Six months to one year of rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians indirectly; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards while delivering care.
