Job summary

Independence Rehab Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team across Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA.

The role offers a flexible schedule and real clinical autonomy within a supportive environment. You'll provide dysphagia and cognitive-linguistic therapy to geriatric patients, perform evaluations, educate patients and families, and collaborate with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
  • Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Organized, motivated clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

  • Dysphagia evaluation and treatment.

Cascades at St. Anne and Bethany at Silver Lake | (Seattle and Everett, WA)

$50-$58/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will treat patients at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA and Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle, WA. You will remain on the clock if/when traveling between facilities during the workday.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who wants a supportive environment, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice with real clinical autonomy while working with a collaborative rehab team.

As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including:

Requirements
