Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care Practice in Bronx, New York.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform physical exams and patient observations
2. Record medical histories and symptoms
3. Create and contribute to patient care plans
4. Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
5. Monitor and operate medical equipment
6. Diagnose health issues
7. Administer medications and treatments
8. Detect health changes and modify treatment plans accordingly
9. Consult with healthcare professionals and families
10. Train patients and families to manage and prevent illness

Requirements:

• Active State License
• Board Certification
• At least 2 years of experience
