Classes cover Finance, Fitness, Cooking, Health & Wellness, and other enrichment topics. The role requires clear communication, dependable attendance, and the ability to create engaging, accessible content for a range of learning styles.

Qualifications

• Ability to share knowledge clearly and inspiringly with examples or work samples.
• Arrive early for setup and deliver approved class content as agreed.
• Maintain welcoming, timely communication with participants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Instructors design and teach approved original courses.
• Coordinate space, tech, and setup needs with staff before start date.
• Deliver accessible instruction for beginners and adapt to varied skill levels.
• Monitor engagement, maintain a safe learning space, follow policies and emergency protocols.
• Prepare materials and track attendance in the Arux app; report absences promptly.
• Submit invoices and payroll vouchers by deadlines.
• Use survey feedback to refine course content and improve learning.
