Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, or career services preferred.
• Strong data, organizational, and partnership-building skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of the Adult Education Transition Plan.
• Oversee and support the Career Development Center.
• Supervise and support Workforce Developers.
• Develop and implement career pathways in Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Education.
• Coordinate job shadowing and internship programs.
• Facilitate partnerships with workforce boards, American Job Center, employers, and training providers.
• Facilitate quarterly partner meetings.
• Track and analyze student transition data and prepare quarterly reports.
