Job summary

Bridgeport Public Schools’ Adult Learning Center seeks a Student Support Specialist to coordinate testing, maintain data, and help students access services, with emphasis on proctoring and online coursework.

You will work with the Data Manager, counselors, and instructional staff to ensure program requirements are met and students progress toward graduation; associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Education, data entry, or student services.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing and scheduling for adult education students.
• Enter and track student data in LACES and other systems.
• Monitor progress in Edgenuity and report at‑risk students.
• Facilitate credit reviews and monitor diploma progress.
• Collaborate with Data Manager, counselors, and staff to meet program requirements.
